Point Sports 3rd Year Anniversary — Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. No Size-Change Unless Our Error

    Customers may not change sizes simply because of preference (“change of mind”) once the order is confirmed, unless the seller made a mistake (e.g., shipped the wrong size).


    If we did send the wrong size, you must notify us within 2 calendar days of receiving the item (see “Reporting Damage or Errors” below).


  2. “No Video, No Refund / Exchange” Requirement

    To request a refund or exchange, you must record a video of the unboxing process (from the moment the package is delivered until you open it), showing:

    a) the external packaging (all sides),

    b) the waybill / delivery label, and

    c) the product inside.

    This video helps us verify the condition of the package when it arrived and supports your claim.


  3. Damage or Defect Reporting Period

    If the item you received is damaged or defective, you must report it within 2 calendar days of delivery.

    When reporting, you should send the unboxing video + photos + a clear description of the damage or defect.

    Claims made after 2 days of receipt will not be eligible for refund or exchange.


  4. Exchange Process

    If the damage/defect is approved, or if we made an error (wrong size), we will provide you with exchange options.


    Depending on stock availability, we will either send a replacement item of the same style / size, or, if not available, offer a refund.


  5. Refund Process

    If a refund is approved:

    We’ll refund via the same payment method used in your order (or another method if both parties agree).

    We may require the return of the original item, at no cost to you, as part of validating the refund (unless otherwise agreed).

    Refund processing time will depend on your bank / payment provider.


  6. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

    Orders for a different size because of change-of-mind are not eligible for refund / exchange, unless we shipped the wrong size.

    Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling on the buyer’s part, or outside the 2-day reporting window are not eligible for refund / exchange.


  7. Proof of Purchase

    To process any refund or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice, receipt).

    Without sufficient proof, we may not be able to honor your request.


  8. Internal Dispute Resolution

    We will review your claim once you submit: unboxing video, photos, and proof of purchase.

    We aim to respond within 1-2 business days to approve or decline your claim, or request more information.


  9. Limitations & Liability

    We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange if the evidence (video + photos) does not support the claim.

    Our liability is limited to the cost of the item; we are not responsible for incidental costs (e.g., repackaging, third-party shipping for returns) unless agreed otherwise.

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
